This Guatemala coffee was grown in Huehuetenango, Guatemala at an elevation of 1700 meters at the farm of Conception Villatoro. It was harvested in 2017 using selective hand picking. The coffee is bourbon and was fully washed and dried on patios in the sun. Notes: Berry, nougat, caramel in the lighter roasts. Darker roasts are chocolaty and smooth, with hints of vanilla.
